TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) festival runs rain, hail or shine.
2) payment, application and P/L to be sent when applying for site.
3 ) bump in time 7.30am to 8am, bump out time 4.30pm. no vehicle movement on grounds before or after that time.
4 ) no refunds
5 ) organiser of festival retains the right to refuse any product at the discretion of the organiser.
6 ) all gazebo's must be secured down with weights for hard surface set up.
7 ) allocated sites will be given by the organiser prior to the festival either by email request or calling the organiser prior to the event.
8 ) all stall holders will wait at front gate for allocated site and move their vehicle once off loaded to outside car parking area.
9 ) no vehicle on site unless by special circumstances this decision made at the discression of the organiser.
10 ) all stalls should be displayed nicely and attractive to the public, no foam boxes, no fames without covers.
