Product Description

	I would like to be part of the Produce Mini Market (Starting Feb 2008)
Please supply a FULL description of the goods that you wish to sell.
Note that these are Craft Markets. Second-hand or imported product MAY NOT be accepted.
Preference will be given to stallholders who make their own product.

Conditions (Please read these conditions carefully before completing the form)

•	All Fees are payable in advance
•	Only those product listed in the application are to be sold. Other products may be added with prior written consent of the management.
•	The Markets run from 9am to 3pm. (Twilight Market 3pm - 8pm) No vehicle movements are allowed within the market site between these hours
•	Stallholders should be in possession of current Public Liability Insurance. The management, at it's discretion, may offer the stallholder Public Liability Insurance cover ($10M) at a rate of $7.00 per Market
•	All food vendors must be in possession of the appropriate council documentation.
•	Full Terms and Conditions will be supplied when an application is accepted.
