signature dish is our Mediterranean Lamb Wrap,
which is a crowd favourite
at every event we attend.
Our
meat is 100% Australian lamb shoulder cuts finely diced and
marinated in specially selected Mediterranean herbs, spices
& juices for 24-36 hours before each event.
Our
lamb is cooked fresh on a hot plate where we add extra ingredients
before serving it hot. |
