We
selling turkish pastry (Gözleme). Gözleme is a traditional
turkish hand made village dish made of flat, hand rolled lavas
bread folded over various ingredients then cooked on a griddle
or hot plate.
We use our own home grown organic spinach with authentic turkish
style meat, known as kiyma and feta cheese.
Our
Gözleme does not contain eggs or nuts. Using only the
freshest ingredients,our Gözleme are handmade while you
wait.
