The home of the greatest markets and events in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. We operate quality craft markets and events offering products from local and interstate crafts people and artisans. The Southern Highlands Country Markets comprises Thirlmere Rail Craft Market and the largest monthly market, Southern Highlands Country Fair, which is held at the Moss Vale Showground. His many years of involvement in markets began as a market stallholder, making and selling jewellery at many of the markets in the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas. George started running markets in 1998 when he was asked to take over the operation of the very popular Buxton Rail Market.
Since then George’s markets have become popular destinations for visitors from Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Canberra and even further. He has pre-planned coach tour itineraries, available on request, for social groups and family outings, which take in the local attractions, craft outlets and of course the markets.
