Photographs

All
photographs and images to be used on the web site are to be
supplied by you.
Where editing of any photographs is required, additional fees
may be incurred. |

Cancellations |
| |
Once
the Listing or Web Page appears on The Market Stallholders
Web Site, no refunds are payable.
If cancellation occurs prior to publishing, a fee will be
deducted for any work carried out.
All on-going fees are subject to change. |
Payment
Terms |

Full
payment is due prior to commencement of web page design.
Annual
subscription starts on the day that your listing first appears
on the web. |

How
can the REGISTER help? |

If
a visitor to the REGISTER cannot contact you from your information,
The Register Contact page may be used to detail their requirements.
The REGISTER will then contact you, using your preferred contact
method. |
What
do I need to do for the REGISTER? |

Ensure
that you keep your details current
Tell other stallholders about the REGISTER
Include your web address on all of your promotional material
such as business cards and brochures

Can
I change my listing with the REGISTER? |

… Your membership entitles you to minor changes at no
additional cost |

any of your details change, it is your responsibility to contact
us with your new information. |

Privacy
& Confidentiality |

Personal
details supplied to the REGISTER but not published
on the internet, will not be forwarded to any third
party UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. |
| Unacceptable
Product |

You
agree and warrant that You will not use the MSHR Website in
connection with any products or services that The Market Stallholders
Register reasonably consider are illegal or brand damaging including
(but not limited to) gaming, adult content/products/services,
the illegal sale of prescription drugs or tobacco products,
improper use of intellectual property rights or the sale of
counterfeit merchandise.
The Market Stallholders Register reserves the right to disallow
any membership application which it considers unsuitable for
the web site. |
